Has recently been and may still be a Blacklist Sesh operation. The FAKE - Elks Lodge catered to an indoor marijuana selling swapmeet for years. They claimed non profit status in 2016 when they purchased the Sunrise trailer park here in Hinkley. However they did the Indoor Marijuana Swapmmeet for years - (prior to 2016.) and beyone.

They are also currently promoting bands at the 1073 N Mount Vernon Ave, San Bernardino (CA), 92411 location. Reviews report extremly high prices.

The Fake Elks Lodge has been put on notice for illegally using the Elks Lodge Name. The REAL Elks Lodge has had people trying to sue them because of parents complaining that the childern were allowed into the marijuana swapmeet at the fake elks lodge building :

It seems the fake Elks Lodge copied Elks Lodge name in order to profit by it. By using this name they are confusing the public to think that they are associated with the Elks Lodge Organization. The Elks Lodge has been fighting with them on using their name. They have requested them not use this name, but with no prevail.
